October 2009:
Planning Permit Application lodged with the Responsible Authority.

March 2010 - April 2010:
Public Exhibition of Planning Permit Application documentation until Tuesday 27th April 2010.

July 2010:
The Panel Hearing process was completed on the 15th July 2010.

October 2010:
RES received planning permits from both Councils on Friday 22nd of October 2010 from the then Minister for Planning, Hon Justin Madden.

Third Quarter 2011:
Lodging both planning applications for the external overhead line with Ararat Rural City Council and Pyrenees Shire Council.
